We are located in historic Old Concord in Farragut, right next to the Lake! Our fitness studio has room for large groups or private training. The view from the patio will make it hard to leave, so we invite you to stay for a few minutes after your class. Our mission is to leave you feeling strong and completely stress free, even if it's only for a moment.

We offer a full body workout that focuses on strength and flexibility in Aerial Yoga, Aerial Silks, Lyra, Pole and Trapeze!
We also offer Zumba, Vinyasa Yoga, Barre and sexy floor dance, and Pole classes! We also have options to perform, if that is your goal.
One of our goals is to create a boutique quality with the most popular group fitness classes. So if you are looking for something that has not reached Knoxville, let us know!

Benefits of Aerial Yoga
Aerial arts works with gravity to realign the body, mind, and spirit. Inversion through aerial practice is proven to aid in digestion, improve circulation, help detox, combat stress, and leave you feeling wonderful!! This class is truly for everyone!
The hammock is suspended by two points in a "U" shape. This is used to lean, rest, stretch, and fly.
Our hammock classes have a maximum 9 flyers. This provides you with plenty of individual attention from your teacher. So book online to hold your space! We do accept walk ins if there is space. Booking early will reserve your spot!
ZUMBA,BARRE, AND YOGA
Benefits of Zumba, Barre and Yoga
Zumba and Barre Classes are both inspired from dance! Zumba is a mix of many Latin and international dance moves to create a cardio workout that leaves your endorphins sky high! Alternating from fast to slow rhythms is great for the cardiovascular system.
Barre derives from ballet and dance, with more of a beat. Our instructor has created many ways to ensure that this class keeps you on your toes;). The use of exercise balls, sliders, weights and more, this class keeps you moving and feeling great.
Yoga...while we all know how wonderful yoga is for stretching and feeling amazing in the mind, body and soul..we have selected some highly qualified teachers to create a welcoming experience. With years of experience between our teachers, you are bound to connect and feel safe in our space.

Cleaning Procedures and Safety Requirements:
Staff will clean all common areas, including bathrooms before and after each class. The room and equipment will be sterilized and cleaned by frequent washing and running the Ozone machine daily.
Students, please wear a mask when entering and moving to your assigned spot. Please wash your hands before and after class for your safety.
